Nayanthara, the “Lady Superstar” of South Indian cinema, recently surprised her fans by breaking her long-standing tradition of not attending pooja ceremonies. She made this exception for the launch of her upcoming movie, Mookuthi Amman 2, in Chennai.
Directed by Sundar C, Mookuthi Amman 2 is the sequel to the 2020 blockbuster Mookuthi Amman. The film features an ensemble cast, including Regina Cassandra, Duniya Vijay, Abhinaya, Yogi Babu, and Meena, with music composed by Hiphop Tamizha. This grand pan-Indian venture, with a budget of over ₹100 crore, promises an unparalleled theatrical experience.
The launch event was attended by several prominent figures from the film industry, including Director Sundar C, his wife actress Khushbu Sundar, Regina Cassandra, Duniya Vijay, Meena, Yogi Babu, and Ravi Mohan.
