Surprised, they asked why he refused their offerings and hospitality. The priest’s simple yet profound response was, “I have an acre of land, a cow, and my Shiva. What more do I need?”
This encounter deeply moved both actors, making them realize that true wealth lies in contentment and inner peace. Bharani later said that they felt their pride crumble like a heap. They saw the priest as a truly rich person because he was so content.
