A 28-year-old woman named Vinodhini was arrested in Tiruvallur district for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 17-year-old Class XI boy. The incident unfolded when Vinodhini, who was reportedly close to the boy, lured him to her relative’s home under the guise of a romantic relationship.
The boy was reported missing on Saturday, leading his distressed family to file a complaint with the police. Authorities quickly launched an investigation and were able to trace the boy and Vinodhini to her relative’s residence.
